Well I have kind of been off the diet for about a month. I am back on it and the weather is getting nicer. I guess you can say I got in a bit of a gloom because of the snowy weather. I honestly do not like winter and need warmth and sun light to be in the mood for transitions like getting off my ass and outside.
I didn’t stop walking though and were as I didn’t lose weight I only gained 5-ish pounds in the month and a half I stopped caring.
And that’s basically it. I got in a gloom and stopped caring about my goal to lose this weight. I found myself letting myself eat whatever and saying “ it’s okay tomorrow is another day” and its okay to mess up and say tomorrow is another day, I was making this mistake every day and formed a habit. Well, that’s the end of that! Back to it.
New goal 145 lbs. by the end of July.
I am at 230. (well 229 this morning)
116 days.
85 lbs. ….5 lbs. a week.
Walking (weather permitting) and Julian every day.
I and also heavily changing my diet. I went grocery shopping and only bought veggies and fruit and wheat product (and the only wheat I bought was shredded wheat cereal)
I started making Kale veggie/fruit smoothies. I am going to attempt the tofu recipes I found on Pinterest. (see photo below. I added Cayenne pepper and cinnamon to my diet to help boost the burn.
